About the Role

The Office Engineer provides technical support in the office, managing documentation, cost estimation, contract administration, procurement support, reporting, and liaison activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project documentation and drawings
  • Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates and BOQs
  • Administer contracts and track billing progress
  • Support procurement by evaluating vendor quotes
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
  • Facilitate communication between project managers, site engineers and external consultants
