Lead organizational development projects by coordinating with external consultants, validating HR data, reviewing deliverables, and implementing approved structures, competencies, and compensation frameworks to align with company strategy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate organizational development initiatives and HR workstreams
- Act as primary liaison with external consultants for structure and competency reviews
- Validate and consolidate HR data for consultancy activities
- Review and recommend on job analysis, evaluation, and architecture deliverables
- Support salary structure and benefits technical reviews
- Conduct HR analytics and develop dashboards
- Drive implementation of approved frameworks and continuous improvement
