Responsibilities
- Monitor daily financial transactions for suspicious activity
- Identify and investigate fraudulent transactions using fraud monitoring systems
- Prepare reports on fraud management performance
- Conduct operational control activities with fraud detection tools
- Identify service disruptions and report internal control issues
- Review customer and institutional complaints
- Escalate suspicious transactions to senior officers
- Support other fraud risk and compliance tasks
