About the Role

The Chief Finance Officer will design and execute comprehensive financial strategies, oversee reporting and risk management, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and lead the finance department to support the organization’s objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee preparation and distribution of accurate financial reports to stakeholders
• Identify and manage credit, market, and operational risks
• Manage cash flow, investments, and debt in treasury operations
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and minimize liabilities
• Maintain regulatory compliance across all financial activities
• Lead, hire, train, and evaluate the finance team
