The Project Officer coordinates day‑to‑day activities of a national inclusive political participation initiative, liaising between project sites and headquarters, preparing reports, monitoring implementation, and engaging stakeholders to promote women with disabilities’ political engagement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective implementation of project activities per action plan
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports for donor requirements
- Collaborate with political parties to enhance participation of women with disabilities
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, regional offices, media, community representatives
- Manage up-to-date data and analyze it to improve implementation
- Conduct monitoring visits and prepare observation reports
- Coordinate with local-level actors and organizations
- Submit monthly and quarterly progress reports to the Project Coordinator
- Perform additional duties as assigned
