Lead and manage regional implementation of reproductive health projects, providing technical support, training, and data analysis to strengthen maternal and newborn services and promote family planning methods.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and lead regional project implementation initiatives
- Provide technical support for RMNCH+PPFP delivery at health facilities
- Facilitate accreditation, certification, training, and mentorship interventions
- Support rollout of new contraceptive methods and PPH bundles
- Compile, analyze, and report data on training, service delivery, and program outcomes
- Advocate for government ownership and scale-up of integrated interventions
- Collaborate with consortium members and government bureaus
- Organize workshops, trainings, and conferences at the regional level
- Maintain comprehensive records and reports
- Represent ESOG in regional meetings
