Regional Project Officer

About the Role

Lead and manage regional implementation of reproductive health projects, providing technical support, training, and data analysis to strengthen maternal and newborn services and promote family planning methods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and lead regional project implementation initiatives
• Provide technical support for RMNCH+PPFP delivery at health facilities
• Facilitate accreditation, certification, training, and mentorship interventions
• Support rollout of new contraceptive methods and PPH bundles
• Compile, analyze, and report data on training, service delivery, and program outcomes
• Advocate for government ownership and scale-up of integrated interventions
• Collaborate with consortium members and government bureaus
• Organize workshops, trainings, and conferences at the regional level
• Maintain comprehensive records and reports
• Represent ESOG in regional meetings
