The ERCS-SRC Migration Zonal Project Coordinator will lead the coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of a Swedish-funded migration project in Jimma Zone, Ethiopia, focusing on reintegration support for returnees and host communities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation of project activities at zonal level
- Ensure timely planning, monitoring, documentation, and reporting
- Strengthen coordination with local government and partners
- Supervise and mentor staff and volunteers
- Integrate protection, MHPSS, livelihoods, and community engagement approaches
- Monitor progress against targets and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare narrative reports and other required documents
- Support community participation and accountability mechanisms
- Ensure proper utilization of resources in compliance with policies
- Facilitate capacity-building activities and trainings
