The Senior Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer oversees M&E of migration projects at ERCS, developing frameworks, analyzing impact data, reporting findings to stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement M&E frameworks for migration projects
- Collect, verify and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
- Update M&E plans and indicator tracking tools
- Provide technical support to branches and field teams
- Prepare high‑quality narrative and results‑based reports
- Conduct field monitoring visits and validate data quality
- Maintain PMER database and information systems
- Produce analytical outputs such as dashboards and summary briefs
