The Senior Livelihood and Resilience Officer will design, implement and monitor livelihood programs for returnees in Amhara and Oromia regions, coordinating training, business development and community engagement to strengthen economic resilience.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and monitor livelihood activities for returnees and host communities
- Select participants based on vulnerability assessments
- Coordinate vocational training and income-generating interventions
- Provide technical support to field teams
- Conduct market assessments and community mobilization
- Collaborate with MHPSS and social cohesion teams
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and donor reports
