The Population Movement Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of multi‑donor humanitarian projects in Akobo Woreda, ensuring quality delivery, donor compliance, and effective stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of multi‑donor projects
- Ensure compliance with donor regulations and Red Cross standards
- Develop and manage M&E plans and indicators
- Build capacity of staff and volunteers in project management and technical areas
- Engage stakeholders including NGOs, government partners and community members
- Prepare and submit periodic narrative reports to donors
- Lead inclusive beneficiary selection and participation processes
