About the Role

The Project Coordinator manages multi‑donor humanitarian projects in Akobo Woreda, overseeing planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting while ensuring donor compliance and building local capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of multi‑donor humanitarian projects
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations and Red Cross standards
• Coordinate with headquarters, branches, and external partners
• Develop and implement M&E plans and indicator tracking
• Build capacity of staff and volunteers in project management and sectoral areas
• Facilitate inclusive beneficiary selection and community engagement
• Prepare periodic narrative reports for donors
