PMER Senior Officer – ERCS-Swedish RC Migration Project

About the Role

The Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Officer will oversee and assess Migration projects within ERCS, developing M&E frameworks, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting findings to stakeholders to improve project effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to support results-based planning and monitoring
• Develop and update M&E plans, indicator tracking frameworks, and data collection tools in line with Swedish Red Cross reporting requirements
• Support needs assessments and design harmonized reporting tools across implementing branches
• Provide technical backstopping to branches for timely, accurate, and quality reporting
• Coordinate preparation of high-quality narrative and results-based reports aligned with donor requirements
• Participate in planning processes including SWOT analysis and performance reviews
• Develop and revise work plans ensuring alignment with operational contexts and priorities
• Harmonize PMER guidelines, tools, and SOPs across the migration programme
• Analyze program performance data against logframe indicators, conduct variance analysis and trend identification
• Conduct field monitoring visits to validate data quality and assess implementation progress
