About the Role

The Human Capital and Facility Management Department Director leads the design and execution of HR and facility management systems to build a high‑performance workforce, ensuring compliance with laws, optimizing staff recruitment and retention, managing performance, and fostering continuous learning within ERCS.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR and facility management strategies and systems
  • Design performance management and talent acquisition frameworks
  • Oversee staff recruitment, promotion, transfer, and termination
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Maintain office facilities and equipment
  • Lead organizational development initiatives and capacity building
  • Engage stakeholders and represent ERCS in national and international forums
