The Director will lead the Human Capital and Facility Management Department, shaping policies, systems and practices to build a competent workforce and efficient facilities that support ERCS’s humanitarian operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term HR and facility management strategy
- Establish policies, procedures and standard operating guidelines
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention and succession planning
- Design and manage performance management systems
- Lead organizational development initiatives
- Represent ERCS in national and international forums
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal regulations
