The Coordinator will manage the ERCS–Swedish Red Cross Migration Project in Jimma Zone, overseeing implementation, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to support vulnerable returnees and host communities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee project implementation at zonal level
- Ensure timely planning, monitoring, documentation, and reporting of activities
- Strengthen coordination with local governments and humanitarian actors
- Supervise, mentor, and provide technical support to staff and volunteers
- Integrate protection, MHPSS, livelihoods, and community engagement across interventions
- Monitor progress against targets and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare narrative reports, work plans, and success stories
- Support data collection, beneficiary targeting, and M&E activities
