ERCS-SRC Migration Zonal Project Coordinator

About the Role

The Coordinator will manage the ERCS–Swedish Red Cross Migration Project in Jimma Zone, overseeing implementation, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to support vulnerable returnees and host communities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee project implementation at zonal level
• Ensure timely planning, monitoring, documentation, and reporting of activities
• Strengthen coordination with local governments and humanitarian actors
• Supervise, mentor, and provide technical support to staff and volunteers
• Integrate protection, MHPSS, livelihoods, and community engagement across interventions
• Monitor progress against targets and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare narrative reports, work plans, and success stories
• Support data collection, beneficiary targeting, and M&E activities
