The Branches Members and Volunteers Division Manager leads the planning, recruitment, and coordination of volunteers and members across Addis Ababa, ensuring effective data management, stakeholder collaboration, and youth engagement to support regional humanitarian activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and oversee membership and volunteer activities for the regional branch
- Recruit corporate members and community volunteers to meet target goals
- Maintain and update member and volunteer databases
- Coordinate with regional authorities on mobilization and deployment
- Build capacity of zonal branches in volunteer management
- Implement youth engagement initiatives and Red Cross Youth Movement programs
