About the Role

Assist the Chief Driller with all aspects of water‑well drilling, from equipment maintenance to welding and material logistics, ensuring safe and efficient operations across Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

Check engine fluids and lubricants on rigs and compressors
Ensure proper functioning and positioning of drilling equipment
Assist in deep well drilling operations with Chief Driller
Perform welding and casing installation for shallow and deep boreholes
Maintain safety protocols and prevent equipment failures
Transport drilling materials to sites
Conduct minor repairs on drilling machinery
Support well cleaning and development activities
Participate in casing preparation and gravel addition during completion
