Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and direct overall activities of the Zonal Branch
- Coordinate, monitor and evaluate branch operations and reporting
- Administer financial and procurement activities within delegated authority
- Oversee human resources functions including hiring, promotion and termination
- Lead emergency response coordination and capacity building initiatives
