About the Role

The Pharmacy Cashier manages all cash-related activities at the pharmacy, ensuring accurate collection, deposit, reconciliation, and record-keeping while complying with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Count and record drug dispensary collections
Handle cash transactions and issue receipts
Deposit collections to bank
Reconcile cash balances
Encode outlet transactions into cash register machine
Verify daily cash balance
Maintain banknotes and denominations
Prepare reconciliation statements
Process authorized payments following approval procedures
Manage petty cash and replenish as needed
Ensure accurate documentation of receipts and payments
