About the Role

The role leads EMLPA’s strategic litigation, advocacy, and policy initiatives, identifying high-impact cases, crafting legal strategies, and coordinating campaigns to advance human rights and legal reforms.

Responsibilities

Identify and assess strategic litigation cases
Develop litigation strategies and coordinate legal actions
Draft legal briefs and other submissions
Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses
Design advocacy strategies and policy briefs
Engage with government institutions and stakeholders
Monitor legislative developments
Build partnerships and organize capacity‑building programs
