The Research, Publication and Training Officer will spearhead the EMLPA’s research initiatives, produce high-quality publications, and design capacity‑building programs to advance legal scholarship and advocacy for Ethiopian Muslims.
Responsibilities
- Lead research projects on legal, policy, governance and human rights issues
- Prepare proposals, briefs, reports and literature reviews
- Manage publication strategy and edit research outputs
- Maintain knowledge repositories and databases
- Design and conduct training needs assessments and curricula
- Organize workshops, seminars and conferences
- Engage stakeholders and build partnerships
- Support grant writing and fundraising efforts
- Monitor project implementation and donor compliance
