About the Role

The Midwife Advisor leads technical coordination of a PSI-supported RMNCAH program, strengthening midwifery services across Ethiopia through training, supervision, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Conduct baseline assessments with government stakeholders
Coordinate training programs for health workers and community leaders
Provide technical support and mentorship to health facilities
Monitor project implementation and report on performance indicators
Engage stakeholders through advocacy and high-level meetings
