The Registrar manages the intake and processing of human rights complaints, maintains case records, and coordinates with case managers while ensuring effective communication with complainants.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process human rights complaints via case management system
- Maintain records, issue summons and decisions with case managers
- Communicate with complainants and provide assistance/referrals
- Oversee data compilation, verification, and dissemination related to complaint handling
- Recommend improvements to systems, policies, and guidelines
- Aggregate data on complaint handling processes and response times
