The Registrar manages the intake and processing of human rights complaints, maintains case records, communicates with stakeholders, and supports the commission’s data management and policy improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process human rights complaints via case management system
- Maintain records, issue summons and decisions with case managers
- Communicate with complainants and provide referrals
- Oversee data compilation, verification and dissemination
- Recommend improvements to systems, policies and guidelines
- Aggregate data on complaint handling for reporting
