About the Role

Supports the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission’s City Office by managing cash operations, store inventory, and administrative tasks while coordinating with stakeholders and assisting senior staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage petty cash reimbursements and donor payments
  • Process and verify incoming payments
  • Prepare billing activity reports
  • Generate invoices, notices, and statements in compliance with audit requirements
  • Correspond with customers and stakeholders
  • Maintain store inventory per property management policy
  • Update fixed asset information on IFMIS
  • Handle office phone calls and visitors
  • Register and distribute correspondence
  • Draft and edit official communications
  • Schedule the head’s calendar and meetings
  • Assist with staff onboarding and project support
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the city office team
  • Secure signatures and track approvals
