Responsibilities
- Manage petty cash reimbursements and donor payments
- Process and verify incoming payments
- Prepare billing activity reports
- Generate invoices, notices, and statements in compliance with audit requirements
- Correspond with customers and stakeholders
- Maintain store inventory per property management policy
- Update fixed asset information on IFMIS
- Handle office phone calls and visitors
