Senior Planning Engineer-Road

About the Role

Lead the planning, scheduling, and progress control for major road infrastructure projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and cost targets are met while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline schedule using Primavera P6
• Prepare detailed WBS and integrate engineering, procurement, construction activities
• Monitor progress via updates, variance analysis, EVMS reporting
• Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement and subcontractors for accurate data
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards and presentations
• Review subcontractor schedules for compliance
• Support claims and EOT submissions through delay analysis
