Provide expert technical assistance to establish a disability-inclusive incubation centre in Addis Ababa. Responsibilities include developing strategic frameworks, operational manuals, capacity building programmes, MEL systems, and resource mobilisation strategies to enable entrepreneurs with disabilities to launch sustainable businesses.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic framework, operational manual and SOPs for the incubation centre
- Design inclusive business development tools and mentoring guidelines
- Create market assessment and linkage tools
- Build capacity through training of trainers and coaching sessions
- Establish monitoring, evaluation and learning framework with KPIs
- Draft resource mobilisation plan and partnership strategy
- Prepare final consultancy report and sustainability strategy
