The Project Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and implement the RISE livelihood initiative in Ethiopia, ensuring disability-inclusive training, income generation, and sustainable employment opportunities for youths with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of inclusive livelihood interventions
- Oversee income-generating activity groups
- Ensure disability-inclusive training curricula
- Conduct accessibility audits at TVT and CBVT centers
- Build and strengthen Disability Resource Centers
- Engage enterprises for internships and employment
- Coordinate with government bodies and OPDs
- Manage project budgets and procurements
- Develop M&E frameworks and report to donors
- Advocate for inclusive employment practices
