About the Role

The Project Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and implement the RISE livelihood initiative in Ethiopia, ensuring disability-inclusive training, income generation, and sustainable employment opportunities for youths with disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and implementation of inclusive livelihood interventions
  • Oversee income-generating activity groups
  • Ensure disability-inclusive training curricula
  • Conduct accessibility audits at TVT and CBVT centers
  • Build and strengthen Disability Resource Centers
  • Engage enterprises for internships and employment
  • Coordinate with government bodies and OPDs
  • Manage project budgets and procurements
  • Develop M&E frameworks and report to donors
  • Advocate for inclusive employment practices
