Lead the assessment of Ethiopia’s labor, ICT, and BPO policies to identify barriers for persons with disabilities, produce actionable recommendations, and support evidence‑based advocacy for inclusive practices.
Responsibilities
- Review labor, ICT, and BPO policies for disability inclusion
- Engage government ministries, BPO companies, EOAs, and OPDs to gather data
- Develop policy brief with identified gaps and recommendations
- Provide advocacy support materials to OPDs
- Compile comprehensive gap analysis report and present findings at a validation workshop
