About the Role

The role supports the AHEAD Project in Mekelle by coordinating inclusive SRH initiatives, engaging stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring resources are utilized effectively to improve access for adolescents and youth with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement project activities in Mekelle
• Facilitate trainings, awareness sessions, and advocacy initiatives
• Ensure gender equality, safeguarding, and inclusion principles are mainstreamed
• Track progress, report gaps to Project Coordinator
• Support capacity assessment and strengthening of OPDs
• Coordinate community awareness campaigns and SBCC activities
• Engage stakeholders and maintain effective communication
• Collect disaggregated data and prepare monitoring reports
• Prepare internal and donor reports
• Manage procurement and logistics for trainings and workshops
