The role involves reviewing Ethiopia’s regional health and education budgets for disability and gender inclusion, producing evidence-based recommendations and an advocacy plan to promote inclusive budgeting for children with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a review of national and regional health and education budgets for disability and gender inclusion in Bahir Dar, Hawassa and Mekelle
- Develop evidence-based recommendations and an advocacy action plan for duty‑bearers
- Prepare inception, draft, final reports and presentation materials
- Coordinate with CSAs, child‑led groups and project staff to gather data and validate findings
