About the Role

The consultant will assess existing HR practices of the Ethiopian Outsourcing Association (EOA), develop a comprehensive disability‑inclusive HR guideline, facilitate stakeholder validation, and deliver an implementation roadmap to promote inclusive employment across the BPO sector in Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

Conduct HR policy assessment within EOA member companies
Develop disability-inclusive HR guideline and implementation roadmap
Facilitate stakeholder consultations and validation workshops
Produce inception, assessment, draft, and final reports
Ensure accessibility in all deliverables
