The Technical Facilitator supports community mobilisation and technical activities in agriculture, livelihoods, WASH, women empowerment and education at the kebele level, ensuring effective implementation, reporting and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Target community members and facilitate participatory selection
- Provide technical support for agriculture, livelihood, WASH, women empowerment and education activities
- Lead establishment and facilitation of SHG and other livelihood groups
- Organise cross‑visits and on‑site trainings for village members
- Prepare regular updates and reports for supervisors
- Conduct field assessments and monitoring visits
- Collaborate with kebele, woreda and zonal stakeholders
- Promote gender, environment, protection and peacebuilding themes

Technical training in Food Security, Livelihood, WASH, IGA, SHG, Gender issuesFacilitation of trainings and workshopsReport writing for donors and stakeholdersProject planning, implementation and managementKnowledge of PSNP and Ethiopian agricultural policiesMicrosoft Office proficiencyCommunication (written and verbal)
