About the Role

The IT Officer will lead SCORE’s information technology unit, ensuring reliable system performance, security, and user support while maintaining databases and web services.

Responsibilities

Oversee IT operations, including networking, system administration, security, backup and recovery
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures
Select and manage software and hardware solutions
Provide training and technical support to staff
Maintain the organization’s database and website
Ensure data accuracy and integrity
Prepare IT reports and documentation
