About the Role

Industrial Engineer responsible for integrating and supporting digital payment systems, conducting UAT, identifying bugs, monitoring performance, reporting, and ensuring compliance within Ethiopian Airlines’ fintech operations.

Responsibilities

Set up and support digital payment system integrations
Conduct UAT for new features and updates
Identify, document, and report bugs and performance gaps
Assist banks in resolving technical issues
Monitor transaction interfaces and system performance
Prepare detailed technical and operational reports
Collaborate with developers, QA, and system engineers to implement fixes
Re-test systems after updates
Ensure compliance with payment standards and security protocols
Support continuous improvement of digital payment processes
