About the Role

The Finance Officer will oversee all financial transaction processing, payroll, treasury, and reporting functions at ATI, ensuring accurate ERP records, timely disbursements, and adherence to regulatory requirements while supporting budgeting and sub-grant management.

Responsibilities

  • Process disbursements, payroll, and treasury activities
  • Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow
  • Maintain accurate ERP/IFMIS records
  • Prepare financial reports for management
  • Support budgeting and monitoring of sub-grant funds
  • Handle receivables and payables
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Assist in audit queries and data integrity
