About the Role

The Senior Project Officer II leads the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of crop value chain projects in Bonga, Ethiopia, focusing on farmer production clusters, agribusiness companies, market linkages, and capacity building to enhance inclusive and sustainable agricultural development.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate crop value chain projects; develop and support Farmer Production Clusters and Agribusiness Companies; build capacity for stakeholders; coordinate market linkages; manage data collection and reporting; facilitate stakeholder meetings and trainings; ensure gender, climate-smart agriculture and nutrition-sensitive mainstreaming.
