About the Role

The Hatchery Logistics Officer maintains accurate logistics and financial records, processes timely payments, and ensures data integrity across ERP and logistics databases.

Responsibilities

  • Confirm advance payments are settled and record updated costs
  • Receive and verify delivery documents from drivers
  • Securely send original documents to head office
  • Upload scanned copies of Delivery Orders into the system
  • Post confirmed Delivery Order confirmations
  • Update logistics databases within 8 business hours
  • Ensure data consistency across ERP and logistics database
  • Reconcile loaded data with store records daily
  • Confirm required documents for payment are submitted
  • Process payments and record daily expenses
  • Request weekly site budget transfers
