Responsibilities
- Confirm advance payments are settled and record updated costs
- Receive and verify delivery documents from drivers
- Securely send original documents to head office
- Upload scanned copies of Delivery Orders into the system
- Post confirmed Delivery Order confirmations
- Update logistics databases within 8 business hours
- Ensure data consistency across ERP and logistics database
- Reconcile loaded data with store records daily
- Confirm required documents for payment are submitted
- Process payments and record daily expenses
- Request weekly site budget transfers
