Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls professionally
  • Collect customer information and retrieve history
  • Listen to concerns and record details in the tracking system
  • Provide initial responses and assign query numbers
  • Refer issues to appropriate departments
  • Follow up for timely resolution
  • Update customers every two days
  • Escalate unresolved issues per protocol
  • Confirm resolution and close complaints
  • Maintain accurate records in the tracking system
