About the Role

The role involves leading participatory monitoring and evaluation of forestry and natural resource projects in Southwest Ethiopia, managing data collection and analysis, coordinating reporting, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote best practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate participatory planning, monitoring and evaluation for forestry and natural resource projects
• Lead routine data collection and compilation to track performance against indicators
• Ensure data quality, manage M&E database, analyze and synthesize results
• Coordinate project reporting, mid-term reviews, and final evaluations
• Work with technical teams, communities and government partners to document and share best practices
• Undertake other project-related duties as assigned
