About the Role

Provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives, ensuring smooth office operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and minutes
  • Handle correspondence on behalf of senior management
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Maintain confidential records and files
  • Arrange travel and logistics for executives
  • Act as liaison between management, staff, and stakeholders
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure administrative efficiency
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action points
  • Support planning and execution of company events and meetings
