Lead the full‑cycle rehabilitation of Ethio‑Asian’s saponification production line, ensuring return to operational capacity through assessment, refurbishment, procurement, commissioning and staff training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed technical assessment of the saponification line
- Identify damaged equipment and recommend repairs or replacements
- Prepare rehabilitation plan with timelines and specifications
- Oversee dismantling, refurbishment, installation and alignment
- Supervise procurement of parts and materials
- Coordinate testing and commissioning phases
- Provide training to company personnel on operations and maintenance
- Deliver final documentation including as-built drawings and handover dossier
