Storekeeper

About the Role

Responsible for managing warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring safety and security of stored materials in the aluminum manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, record, and store incoming materials and products
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system
• Issue materials per requisitions with proper documentation
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventories
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, housekeeping, and safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Finance for efficient inventory management
• Safeguard company assets with security controls
• Perform additional store and inventory duties as assigned
