Responsible for managing warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring safety and security of stored materials in the aluminum manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, record, and store incoming materials and products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system
- Issue materials per requisitions with proper documentation
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventories
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, housekeeping, and safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Finance for efficient inventory management
- Safeguard company assets with security controls
- Perform additional store and inventory duties as assigned
