About the Role

The Scrum Master will coach the development team, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, collaborate closely with the Product Owner, and guide organizational adoption of Agile principles to maximize productivity.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily Scrum events and other ceremonies
Empower team to be self‑organizing and autonomous
Remove internal and external impediments
Collaborate with Product Owner on backlog grooming

Analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
