Senior finance leader responsible for full spectrum of financial operations, compliance, reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning within a growing coffee company.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the finance team
- Own month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and board-level summaries
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash flow
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, controls, and processes (ERP management)
- Provide strategic financial insight to support business decisions
- Partner with senior leadership on commercial strategy, investment decisions, and growth planning
