The Regional Manager will oversee all operations, sales, and business development activities in Ethiopia for Engirise PLC’s heavy machinery and construction equipment division, driving growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional operations in Ethiopia
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, contractors, distributors, and customers
- Oversee sales targets, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian business laws and industry standards
- Coordinate with headquarters on procurement, logistics, financial planning, and reporting
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities
- Manage recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of regional staff
