About the Role

The RMNCH‑N Advisor will lead technical and clinical support for reproductive, newborn, child health, immunization, and nutrition services in Ethiopia, focusing on high‑impact practices, capacity building, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for clinical components of RMNCH‑N services
• Lead implementation of clinical standards and high‑impact practices
• Train and coach health service providers
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance tools
• Develop training materials and guidelines
• Collaborate with Ministry of Health and partners
• Conduct quality assessments and reporting
