Responsibilities
- Lead technical and clinical support for RMNCH-N services in Afar and Somali
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to health providers
- Develop and update clinical guidelines and training materials
- Conduct quality assessments and ensure compliance with standards
- Collaborate with MOH and partners on policy implementation
- Generate reports and disseminate lessons learned
