The Driver/Liaison Officer is responsible for safely operating and maintaining the organization’s vehicle, managing related financial transactions, and supporting field operations through logistics and communication tasks.
Responsibilities
- Operate assigned vehicle safely on rough roads
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety equipment, and documentation
- Record official trips and manage insurance/maintenance schedules
- Handle cash settlements for utilities and per‑diem payments
- Distribute project documents and supplies to field sites
- Assist with customs clearance and donation assembly
- Perform liaison duties as directed by supervisor
