The Driver and Liaison Officer is responsible for safely operating and maintaining a company vehicle, handling day‑to‑day transport logistics, performing liaison duties such as document delivery and customs assistance, and managing basic financial transactions for an integrated health program in Worabe, Ethiopia.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain assigned vehicle safely, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies
- Record official trips and manage vehicle log sheets
- Perform minor repairs and coordinate scheduled maintenance and inspections
- Provide liaison services by delivering documents, collecting packages, and managing mail
- Assist in settlement of utility bills, per‑diem payments, and procurement of office supplies
- Support customs clearance for imported goods and assemble donation equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, including first aid kit and necessary documentation
Skills Required
